Pamela has taught me so many things over the years, the most impactful being how to really feel my feelings and emotions at a cellular level.

I used to stuff my emotions away until I exploded with anger, anxiety or sadness. She helped me understand that all emotions are valid, need to be felt and that many different emotions can exist at the same time. Practicing helps me keep calm during stressful moments, be more assertive instead of scared, and to set appropriate boundaries with others. I now know that emotions are not something┬áto be ashamed of, but a signal for understanding. I’ve always had a sense for adventure, and becoming braver helped me move to Asia for work. Several years later, I’m still abroad and loving it.
